Hi, I'm
Flaminia!

I'm thrilled you're here.

Hi, I’m Flaminia — interpreter, translator, language coach, traveler, and lifelong language lover.

Since 2017, I’ve been working across borders — literally and culturally — interpreting in high-stakes contexts like defense, human rights, and international business. I speak Arabic, English, Spanish, and Italian (and currently learning Brazilian Portuguese :D) and my mission is helping people connect across cultures with clarity and respect.

I hold two Master’s degrees in Conference Interpreting and Marketing, and I love sharing what I’ve learned through teaching and mentoring.

A citizen of the world, I’ve lived and studied in many places and today I work mostly online, bringing global conversations to life from anywhere.

As a yoga practitioner, this discipline reminds me that interpreting, like life, is about presence, balance, and staying grounded under pressure. It’s not just what we say — it’s how we show up.

The Story Behind My Logo

At the heart of my logo is a pomegranate — a fruit that, in many cultures, symbolizes fertility, abundance, prosperity, immortality, and rebirth.

For me, it represents the same limitless potential we all carry inside: the capacity to grow, connect, and be empowered through language.

Just like the pomegranate — round and finite on the outside, yet filled with countless seeds within — we too have a defined form, but infinite possibilities inside.

Each seed stands for a conversation, a nuance, a culture — a reminder that communication is not just about words, but about what lies within them: tone, intention, emotion, identity.

The microphone and headphones woven into the design reflect the tools of my work — interpreting, voice-over, and language coaching. But they also remind me that listening is just as powerful as speaking. That behind every voice, there is a story worth telling, and more importantly, worth understanding.

My logo is more than a visual mark.

It’s a manifesto — of presence, of empathy, of connection.

It’s a reflection of my mission: to build bridges between people, one word — and one seed — at a time.
